My meals are usually the same:
Lunch: Salad..maybe some chicken
Dinner: Either fish (tuna or flounder) or a hamburger (no bun of course)
Snack: Celery with cream cheese
Plus, all I drink is water, I walk for 30min on the tread mill everyday AND i have been a very, very good girl and haven't cheated at all.... So I feel like I should have lost a little more weight, but I haven't.
What am I doing wrong? Is this normal? Am i eating too much? too little? Help!!
